Why fixed fees?

Our fees & processes in 3 simple stages:

Advice

01

At rockwealth, our fee model is meticulously designed to reflect the intricacy and dedication involved in offering you tailored financial guidance. This approach ensures that our fees are directly linked to the time, expertise, and responsibility necessary to address your financial needs comprehensively.

Our structured advice process unfolds in distinct stages, each with a clear fee outline to guarantee transparency and objectivity throughout our relationship. Emphasising this clarity, we advocate a fee-based advice model, assuring you always understand the costs associated with our services. We promise no charges will be applied until we’ve mutually agreed on the payment method.

Process

02

Initial Discovery

Our journey begins with a complimentary discovery session, allowing us to mutually explore how we can assist you.

Recommendation

The fixed fee for generating your bespoke Financial MasterPlan, inclusive of tailored recommendations, starts at a minimum of £2,000, payable upon delivery. For more complex advice, a higher pre-agreed fee may apply.

Policy & Implementation

Our commitment to a fixed-fee policy ensures clarity, with a baseline of £2,000. Any potential adjustments to this fee will be discussed and approved by you beforehand.

Ongoing Service

03

Our ongoing coaching and planning services are categorised into three client-specific price bands. The annual fee within these bands reflects the combined factors of value, complexity, and the time devoted to your portfolio.

The price bands are as follows:

  • Wealth accumulators
    £1850-£5000
  • Those in retirement
    £3000-£7500
  • High-net-worth individuals with complex finances
    £7500+

While percentage-based fees may occasionally benefit those with smaller portfolios, the majority of our clients experience greater financial advantage with our fixed-fee structure.

Compare us with other IFAs and wealth managers

When comparing our fees to other financial advisers and wealth managers, it’s important to note that our aim is to strike a balance, offering competitive rates without compromising the quality of our service. For instance, with a hypothetical implementation fee of £2,500, our pricing is likely more favorable than many competitors charging a 3% fee on investments exceeding £83,334.

It’s common within the industry for advisers to amalgamate advice and implementation costs, with fees contingent upon the purchase of financial products. This model raises questions about the independence and suitability of the advice provided. We encourage you to consider the transparency and integrity behind fee structures when selecting your financial adviser.
